He is the team’s connecting force—a former colleague and roommate of Benjamin, as well as Amélie’s husband and the father of their two children. Cooking has always been his passion; he loves bringing people joy and hosting guests, so opening his own restaurant was a natural step after cutting his teeth at prestigious establishments like L’Auberge du Jeu de Paume and Les Sources de Caudalie.
As Jérémy’s wife and the mother of Agathe and Nathan, Amélie places family at the heart of this project. With a background in luxury hospitality, she looks forward to welcoming you and guiding you throughout your experience in their home—their “Domus.”
After having worked in very beautiful houses such as the Tour d’Argent, the Jeu de Paume and recently the Ritz Paris, a desire for fresh air and a return to basics was felt.
He will be keen to welcome you and introduce you to his cuisine.
