Let's introduce ourselves
He’s the link in the team, former colleague and roommate of Benjamin, he is Amélie’s companion and the father of their little girl. Cooking has always been his thing, he likes to please and entertain, so it was only natural that he wanted to have his restaurant, after having learned his skills in very beautiful establishments such as the Auberge du Jeu de Paume or the Sources de Caudalie.
Partner of Jérémy and mother of their little Agathe, the family is for them at the heart of this project. Coming from the luxury hotel industry, Amélie will know how to welcome you and accompany you throughout your experience in their home, their house, “Domus”.
After having worked in very beautiful houses such as the Tour d’Argent, the Jeu de Paume and recently the Ritz Paris, a desire for fresh air and a return to basics was felt.
He will be keen to welcome you and introduce you to his cuisine.
